About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Residential Scheme Manager to join our team at Stonewater. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering an on-site housing management service that supports residents to lead independent lives in a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an on-site housing management service that supports residents to lead independent lives in a safe environment.
  • Carry out well-being checks and respond to emerging changes in circumstances.
  • Identify and manage risk, including safeguarding, taking accountability for ensuring that appropriate actions are taken and controls are in place.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a housing environment or recent demonstrable experience of frontline customer service.
  • Good general IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications, and a willingness and aptitude to learn our in-house systems.
  • Able to work collaboratively and communicate information clearly and effectively with customers, colleagues, and contractors.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
