Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Home Health Aide Professional to join our team. As a Home Health Aide Professional, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care and support to our clients, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and household chores.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and hygiene assistance to clients
- Assist clients with meal preparation and household chores
- Support clients with mobility and transfers
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior
- Valid Driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in healthcare or caregiving preferred
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
