Transforming Lives through Mental Health Support
We are looking for a dedicated Wellbeing Coach to join our team in Wiltshire, providing expert support to children, young people, and their families. As a Wellbeing Coach, you will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized wellbeing plans, empowering service users to take control of their mental health needs.

About the Job:
In this role, you will work closely with service users to understand their unique needs and develop tailored plans to address these concerns. You will use your expertise in structured interventions and motivational communication methods to empower service users to work through their wellbeing plans. Additionally, you will review service user progression, making adjustments to wellbeing plans as needed to ensure goals are met.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong understanding of mental health principles and practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Experience working with vulnerable populations
