We are seeking a dedicated Child Mental Health Specialist to join our Early Help Mental Health team in Wiltshire. This role will involve supporting children, young people, and their families who require specific mental health interventions focused on agreed outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Promote the mental and emotional health of children, young people, and families through evidence-based clinical interventions while measuring outcomes.
  • Prevent more serious mental health problems by early identification and delivering goal-based interventions.
  • Oversee the development of wellbeing coaches and other practitioners within the service.
  • Develop psychological formulations for individual patients contributing to overall care needs assessment.
  • Plan, deliver, and review individual and group therapeutic interventions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in relevant mental health practice. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required due to the nature of this role.

Salary: £27,500 per annum with a group pension
