About the Child
  The child we are seeking to support has an EHCP with explicit targets and outcomes. They require a dedicated and caring individual who can understand their specific needs and provide tailored support.

  As an Autism Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and therapists to develop a personalized plan that meets the child's unique needs. Your empathetic nature and ability to build strong relationships will be invaluable in creating a supportive learning environment.

  Key Responsibilities:
    * Provide individualized support to the child with Autism
    * Collaborate with teachers and therapists to develop and implement personalized plans
