We are seeking an exceptional Care Worker for Children and Young People to join our team at Wiltshire Reablement. This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to empower individuals to live independently and reach their full potential.

As a Care Worker, you will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans, focusing on enhancing the quality of life for children and young people with complex needs.

A key aspect of this role is delivering person-centred care, which involves understanding the individual's needs and preferences. We encourage applicants with a passion for building meaningful relationships and creating a safe, supportive environment.

We welcome applications from individuals with either an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent substantial experience in a related field. A strong desire to learn and grow is essential.

We offer a rewarding salary and a range of benefits, including a £650 welcome payment upon starting and a further £650 upon completion of your probation (subject to tax and NI).

Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £27,000 per annum
