Social Support Officer for Young People

Join our dedicated team at Notton House School as a Residential Social Care Officer. This role offers the chance to make a positive impact on the lives of young people with complex needs. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support, working closely with teachers to deliver educational programs, and participating in the development of individualized care plans.
**Responsibilities:**
Support the daily care and supervision of students;
Contribute to the development of individualized care plans;
Work collaboratively with teachers to deliver educational programs;
**Requirements:**
QCF (NVQ) level 3 (or above) Qualification in Residential Care or equivalent;
Desirable experience working with SEND children or adults;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
