We are recruiting for a skilled Care and Community Support Assistant to join our team at Wiltshire Reablement. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults and children in their homes.

Your Key Responsibilities- Assisting customers in their homes with daily living tasks and activities
- Collaborating with occupational therapists to develop personalized support plans
- Working flexibly on a rotating schedule to ensure continuous support
We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £22,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience), plus a range of benefits, including:
- A £650 welcome payment upon starting and a further £650 upon successful completion of your probation (subject to tax and NI)
