We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Support Worker at Wiltshire Council. Job Description

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. You will work closely with occupational therapists to co-develop personalized reablement plans, providing crucial assistance to customers in the comfort of their own homes.

Benefits and Requirements

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience, along with a £650 welcome payment upon starting and a further £650 upon successful completion of your probation (subject to tax and NI). We are looking for candidates with either an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent substantial experience in a related field. We also welcome those who show an interest in pursuing a relevant qualification.
