Reablement Support Worker Lead

This challenging and rewarding position requires an individual who is passionate about empowering adults to live independently. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality reablement services to customers in their own homes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Working collaboratively with occupational therapy teams to design and implement effective reablement support plans.
- Conducting thorough risk assessments to ensure safe and supportive environments.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, support workers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards.
- Recording and reporting customer interactions and progress accurately.
A competitive salary of £35,000 per annum is offered, commensurate with experience, along with a £650 welcome payment and a further £650 upon successful completion of probation. If you are a motivated and caring professional looking to make a difference, please apply.
