We are seeking a skilled Child and Family Support Specialist to join our team at Wiltshire Reablement. As an Apprentice, you will be empowered to develop the skills and knowledge required to support children and young people in their daily lives.

The role of a Senior Support Worker is crucial in providing essential assistance to customers in the comfort of their homes post-hospital discharge. Collaborating closely with occupational therapists, we co-develop tailored reablement plans that help individuals achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will possess either an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent substantial experience in a related field. We also welcome those who show an interest in pursuing a relevant qualification.

In addition to a competitive salary, successful candidates will receive a £650 welcome payment upon starting and a further £650 upon completion of their probation (subject to tax and NI).
