Support Worker Specialist

Estimated salary: £28,000 - £34,000 per annum.

Our reablement service is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Support Worker Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide vital support to individuals who require assistance with daily living tasks, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.
