Youth Wellbeing Coach Specialist

We are recruiting a full-time or part-time Wellbeing Coach to join our team in Wiltshire.
This role involves developing and delivering individualised wellbeing plans, empowering service users to take control of their lives.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and young people, particularly those with mental health issues or vulnerabilities.
ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing wellbeing plans that address service users' specific needs and goals.
- Fostering strong relationships with service users, their families, and local organisations.
- Reviewing and adjusting wellbeing plans regularly to ensure progress and outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate records of service user progress and outcome.
