We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our Early Help Mental Health team in Wiltshire. As an Emotional Wellbeing Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children, young people and their families who require specific mental health interventions focused on agreed mental health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the mental and emotional health of children, young people and families through evidence-based clinical interventions, while measuring clinical outcomes. This will involve preventing more serious mental health problems by early identification and delivering goal-based interventions or referring to partner agencies where necessary.

  • Overseeing the development of Wellbeing Coaches and other practitioners within the service.
