Key Regional Sales Manager for London's Thriving On-Trade Sector

As a Key Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading growth initiatives in London's vibrant On-Trade sector. With a focus on developing and executing strategic sales plans, securing new accounts, and building strong relationships with existing clients, this role presents an exciting opportunity to drive business expansion and success.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase distribution and grow sales volume in London's On-Trade sector.
- Secure new accounts within IFT and multiples, targeting untapped venues and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional service and consistent growth.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences within the low & no alcohol category.
- Collaborate with the national sales team, marketing, and distribution partners to execute initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the On-Trade, preferably within the drinks industry.
- Strong connections within the IFT and multiples in London.
- Self-motivation, a results-oriented approach, and a passion for the growing low & no alcohol movement.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to negotiate deals and win new business.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
