Regional Sales Manager

About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our On Trade Sales team, covering West London and the South of England. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities for our brands.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Identify and scope new business opportunities for the regional team, focusing on large accounts and building long-term relationships.
- Create and maintain best practices across the wider team.
- Plan and implement sales priorities to deliver brand distribution targets, volume targets, and account contribution targets.
- Raise the profile of Molson Coors in the region by networking with key opinion formers and securing visibility in opinion-forming venues.
- Negotiate long-term deals to create new profit streams.
About You
- Previous sales, marketing, or commercial experience.
- Proven negotiation skills.
- Excellent commercial awareness, including customer financials (P&L & B/S).
- Knowledge of consumer and market insight.
- Ability to influence key opinion formers and build effective working relationships.
