We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at NetJets Europe. This role will involve generating new business sales in respect of NetJets Fractional Shares, Leases, and Jet Card Programmes to our key target audience, including High Net Worth Individuals, Corporations, and Aircraft Owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and create new sales opportunities through customer prospecting, lead follow-up, interest development, closure, and post-close handoff to an Account Executive and Owner Services.
  • Establish, build, and expand relationships with existing and potential customers through regional activity with NetJets' affinity partnerships and personal network.
  • Retain and service long-term relationships with Owners in coordination with the Account Executives and Owner Services for that Owner.
  • Promote the NetJets brand through representation of product, programs, capabilities, and partnerships, and work with a Sales Consultant and/or independently to develop and maintain accurate prospect and Owner data through diligent use of Salesforce.com, and other systems.
Requirements
  • 10-15 years of work-related experience.
  • Fluency in Business English and Swedish (written and spoken).
  • Minimum 5 years in a Luxury customer facing role.
  • Proven experience of focusing on continuous self-improvement of and adherence to the Sales processes as defined by management.
  • An in-depth knowledge of the assigned territory and the full line of NetJets products and services as well as those of NetJets' competitors.
  • High Proficiency in MS Office.
