**Job Description:** London Regional Sales Manager
Shaw is seeking an experienced sales manager to lead our commercial interiors business in London.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability within the region. You will also manage a team of account managers and provide coaching and guidance to ensure they meet their sales targets.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field
- Proven track record of sales success and business growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
