Job Description: London Regional Team Support

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and sales support to the London regional team at M&G plc.. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and gain experience in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the London regional team with daily administrative and sales tasks.
  • Organise client meetings with Fund Managers and Investment Specialists / Seminars / Internal functions and produce pre-meeting data for London accounts.
  • Maintain CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Assist with organisation of RSD and CRM's travel
  • Interact with other departments within M&G including Marketing and Operations
  • Handle client contact and query handling as required

Requirements:
  • Good numerical and communication skills at all levels
  • Self-directed and self-motivated
  • Previous Industry experience is an advantage
