Regional Sales Development Manager for MENA

This is a full-time and permanent opportunity to work as an International Student Recruitment Officer with QA Higher Education, ideally based in London with hybrid working options.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional who can develop and manage sales channels across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering against recruitment targets, managing sales pipelines, and networking within the industry to gain insights and trends.
About Our Role:We are looking for someone with sales and/or recruitment experience in the education sector who can make a difference to potential international students by promoting and selling our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, as well as the ability to travel to the MENA region 8-10 weeks per year.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage sales channels across the MENA region, delivering against recruitment targets
- Work with the MENA International Recruitment team to support marketing strategies for regional recruitment
- Manage sales pipelines effectively and network within the industry to gain insights and trends
- Experience of developing overseas student recruitment channels, such as agent and international school networks
- Ability to communicate proficiently in both English and Arabic
- Understanding of the student journey and experience of going through the process as an international student
- High-level business acumen and track record of success in sales and service environments
At QA, we aim to make outstanding higher education accessible to everyone. We work with partner universities to offer courses ranging from foundation programmes to postgraduate degrees covering subject areas including accountancy, business, computing, cyber, digital marketing, events management, project management, and web development.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, location, and other factors.
