Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Development Manager to drive sales, build relationships with key decision-makers, create tailored advertising solutions, negotiate contracts, and stay informed about industry trends in the UK market.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients, including advertising agencies, brands, and other businesses in the UK.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers to understand their advertising needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver innovative advertising solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business and achieve revenue targets in the region.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably in the digital/media sector.
  • Experience selling to agencies in the UK and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
  • Familiarity with advertising agencies, brands, and digital marketing trends in the UK market is a significant advantage.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is between £50,000 to £80,000 + 50% OTE (On-Target Earnings), providing a total compensation package of up to £120,000 per annum. Pivotal London offers a competitive benefits package, including a range of employee perks and rewards.

Location:

This role is based in London, with the opportunity to work from home and occasionally attend meetings at our office location.
