Digital Sales Strategist

The world's leading sportswear brand is seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Regional Ecommerce Specialist to drive sales performance and optimize in-season assortments across digital channels for the EMEA region.


As a key member of the direct-to-consumer Ecommerce Team, you will play a vital role in providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to maximize sales growth and efficiency. Your mission will be to work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough weekly performance analyses to track sales success against forecasted data, identifying areas of strength and weakness across digital channels.
  • Collaborate with the On-site Merchandising & Trading team to leverage regional stakeholders' insights and sell-through analysis, informing product visibility decisions on the website.
  • Partner with the Performance Marketing team to identify key items requiring additional marketing support and visibility.
  • Support in managing last season's assortment by working closely with regional teams to prepare monthly updated lists of items needing to be moved based on product life cycle and business needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for regional stakeholders to inform buying decisions and align regional insights across key European markets.

Your Profile:

We are looking for an individual with 1-3 years of experience in similar e-commerce/digital merchandising/trading roles, preferably within the consumer products industry. You should possess proven analytical skills, a strong understanding of assessing business opportunities, and the ability to build insights and recommendations from large datasets.


You will thrive in a dynamic and complex environment, able to work autonomously while effectively managing multiple stakeholders and building consensus on proposed solutions across regions and functions.


A high degree of flexibility and determination to deliver assigned targets in a fast-changing setup are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are also required.

In terms of compensation, we offer an estimated annual salary of $65,000 - $85,000, commensurate with experience, depending on location and performance. This figure is subject to change and may vary based on individual circumstances.
