Deputy Manager Job Description
Nurse Seekers are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Manager to join our client's team in Chesterfield. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in clinical leadership, with a passion for delivering exceptional care. As a key member of the management team, you will support the Home Manager in maintaining the highest standards of resident care.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a motivated individual with extensive clinical and leadership experience. You will be passionate about nursing, with a genuine drive to manage a team. You will be keen to develop your leadership skills and clinical knowledge, capable of building close relationships with residents and their families, and determined to drive continuous improvement. This role comes with a salary of around £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
