As a Clinical Education Leader, you will be responsible for maximizing the number of learners supported within clinical placement learning environments, enhancing and developing their experience, and supporting the development of practice assessors and supervisors. You will also provide leadership through enabling and empowering Learning Environment Managers, preceptors, supervisors, and assessors in their roles, facilitating inter-professional learning in practice, and supporting learners to meet assessment requirements.

This role requires effective communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, as well as a highly professional manner and ability to adapt your communication style as required. You should have confidence to offer ideas and views, be willing to learn and develop new skills, and demonstrate flexibility to meet service and role needs. If you are passionate about practice education and have a positive attitude, we encourage you to apply.

The estimated salary for this role is £42,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience.
