Job Title: Clinical Educator

We are seeking an experienced clinical educator to join our team at Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a clinical educator, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing education programs for pre-assessment staff.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work in a busy surgical pre-assessment service, where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training to support the growth and development of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive education programs for pre-assessment staff
- Collaborate with clinical teams to identify education needs and develop tailored training solutions
- Evaluate the effectiveness of education programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of education activities and outcomes

Requirements:

- First-level nurse qualification (RGN)
- Appropriate teaching qualification
- Evidence of completion of Pre Assessment courses
- Minimum 2 years recent ongoing experience in a related area
