Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Governance Specialist to join our team at Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of the Divisional Quality Governance Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety across our services.

In this exciting opportunity, you will work closely with our Divisional Head of Quality Governance and Risk Management to develop and implement effective quality governance and risk management processes. You will be responsible for investigating complaints and clinical incidents, providing education and training to staff, and ensuring that learning is cascaded throughout the organization.

As a seasoned professional with a strong background in quality assurance and risk management, you will bring expertise in incident investigation, complaint management, and policy development. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the NHS Constitution and its implications for patient safety and quality. You will be able to identify and analyze data to inform improvement initiatives and drive positive change. A Registered Nurse or equivalent healthcare professional with a Level 3 qualification, you will possess a strong track record of delivering high-quality care and services.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including pension, health insurance, and annual leave.
