Job Title: Clinical Healthcare Specialist

Description: We require an experienced pharmacy technician to work in our Urgent and Emergency Department, focusing on medication administration and patient care. This role involves close collaboration with nursing and medical staff to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer prescribed medicines to selected patients, adhering to established protocols.
- Engage in competency-based training for medicine preparation and administration.
- Ensure accurate recording of medicine administration and promote safe practices.
- Offer information and guidance to patients regarding medicine administration.
- Report any adverse drug reactions to senior staff members.
Requirements:
- Qualified pharmacy technician (Level 3 NVQ or equivalent).
- Experience in managing or supervising other staff members.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
