We are seeking an experienced Clinical Education Specialist to join our Professional Development Clinical Education team at Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in the development, support, and education of our new colleagues.

Job Description
  • This is a full-time position working within the operating hours of the Education Centre (Monday to Friday, 7am-5pm).

You will be responsible for providing a visible, point-of-care education service responsive to the individual needs of our new starters. This includes ongoing communication with staff members, Preceptors, and line managers to assess progress and plan further development.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Delivering an effective education service collaboratively and cooperatively with other Professional Development Clinical Educators and the wider Education team.
  2. Supporting recruitment events held by the trust as a role model and ambassador for the trust and our preceptorship programme.

Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of approximately £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme, annual leave, and training opportunities.
