Job Description

This Deputy Nursery Manager position is responsible for supporting the Nursery Manager in leading a team of early years professionals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a team to deliver exceptional childcare services
  • Implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safeguarding regulations
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of educational programs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education
  • Proven leadership experience within a nursery setting
  • Extensive knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures
