Nurse Seekers Careers is proud to offer a challenging and rewarding Clinical Leadership Role for an experienced Deputy Manager (RN) in our client's nursing home in Chesterfield.
The estimated salary for this position is £50,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Home Manager with the management of the unit, focusing on clinical nursing leadership to ensure high-quality resident care. You will have day-to-day responsibility for managing your unit, allocating duties to nursing and care staff.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and monitoring care practices to maintain the highest standard of care for residents
- Supporting the Home Manager in recruitment, retention, and performance-related issues
- Managing budgets and resources, including duty rotas and skill mix requirements
