We have an exciting opportunity for a registered or soon-to-be-registered clinical psychologist to join our Specialist Autism Team in Derbyshire. As a clinical psychologist, you will be responsible for providing therapy and intervention from a psychological model of care, working closely with multidisciplinary staff teams and community services.

About the Service

Our service provides a range of therapies and interventions to support individuals with autism and their families. We work closely with community services, multi-agencies, third sector, and other key stakeholders to ensure that our services are effective and efficient.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience of working as a qualified clinical psychologist in an autism service, with specialist assessment and therapeutic skills related to complex, severe, and enduring psychological problems experienced by adults with autism and additional complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide therapy and intervention from a psychological model of care
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary staff teams and community services
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of a new service to meet the needs of individuals with autism in Derbyshire

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £43,041 - £69,433 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including flexible working, generous pension scheme, good maternity, paternity, and adoption benefits, and health service discounts.
