Senior Clinical Leadership Position

We are seeking a motivated and experienced nurse to fill the role of Senior Clinical Leadership Position in our Chesterfield nursing home. The ideal candidate will have extensive clinical experience and leadership skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality care.
About You:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of nurses and care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent resident care is maintained at all times.
The Role:
You will work closely with the Home Manager to manage the unit, overseeing daily operations and making key decisions to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor care practices to ensure consistent provision of high-quality care to residents.
- Support the Home Manager in recruitment, retention, and performance-related issues.
- Manage budgets and resources, including duty rotas and skill mix requirements.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
