Senior Leadership Position in Primary Care

About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join our leadership team and contribute to the delivery of our vision to be an exceptional provider of family medicine dedicated to our patients and community. As a senior leader, you will have shared accountability for the leadership, management, and continuous improvement of our primary care services.
Key responsibilities include ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and safety, achieving performance and financial objectives, and contributing to the development of strategic priorities. You will work closely with our Clinical Director and leadership team to drive service improvement and ensure that our policies and procedures are effective and efficient.
Requirements- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior leadership role within primary care, with a proven track record of delivering quality improvements and service enhancements.
- Experience of leading service improvement projects, developing and maintaining high standards of quality, and overseeing budgets and finances.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrable experience of successful business planning and development of robust business cases.
