Care Professional Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Companion and Care Specialist. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide personalized care and companionship to older adults in our community. As a Companion and Care Specialist, you will assist clients with their daily needs, including personal care, household tasks, and companionship. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development programs.
Salary: £11.00 - £13.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
- Support clients with household tasks and errands
- Provide companionship and social interaction
- Assist with medication management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in care or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid full driving license and access to own vehicle (preferred)
