About the Job Description:
- We are looking for someone with excellent credit report reading skills and the ability to understand customer credit profiles.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for explaining different types of mortgages available to our customers.
- As a Mortgage Underwriter Specialist, you will underwrite mortgage applications for a large panel of lenders, ensuring regulatory documentation is completed on time.
- You will also manage pipelines and workflows, working within Network regulatory requirements.
- We require someone who can maintain knowledge of the financial services industry and stay up to date with new mortgage products and lenders' criteria.
- This is a proactive role, requiring hardworking, flexible, and a team player who can embrace company values and promote the company brand.
