Recruit UK are currently working with a highly established firm who are looking for self-employed advisers to join their team.

They have 2 propositions for self-employed advisers, one is with leads provided and the other is a self-generation package. Please see further details below:
**Self Employed with support (Self-Gen)**
- Remote working, anywhere in UK
- No leads provided, self-generation needed (and evidence/explanation of how they will self gen) support with lead gen and self-marketing on social media available
- 70-80% commission to adviser dependent on bankings
- As much support as needed from the head of adviser development who works with all the self-employed advisers
- Must be full CeMAP but will consider no WOM experience (i.e. people with a corporate advising back ground)

This model is designed for people who are self-sufficient in terms of lead gen (whether that be existing client bank or introducers) but want the support that comes from being part of a bigger firm.

They may be a sole trader now who wants extra support, a self-employed adviser not happy at a bigger firm, or an employed adviser with a client bank looking to go self-employed but also not quite ready to do it fully alone and would welcome the support ofbeing part of a bigger firm. This client also has an arrangement in place with their network, whereby when the time is right, they can help advisors transition into an AR in their own right

A big part of the self-gen model is that advisers get their case admin done for them, so the client offer very similar packages to other large firms out there in terms of what you get and the splits available, but the massive differential is getting yourcase admin done.

**Self Employed with leads provided**
- Remote working, anywhere in UK
- Internet generated leads provided
- 40% commission on any leads provided, 60% commission on self-gen
- As much support as needed from the head of adviser development who works with all the self-employed advisers
- Must be full CeMAP & CAS and have experience of whole of market - ideally advising remotely and working from internet leads
- Must have proven track record of high performing

Our client would only consider "high performers" for the with leads package

A high performer would be:

- Someone currently working as a WOM adviser (we wouldn’t consider anyone not currently in an adviser role)
- Ideally 2 years’ experience as an adviser - not interested in people who have lots of recent moves as they won’t have the banking’s track record
- Currently banking £100k pa +
- Works remotely dealing with internet leads on the phone
- High protection conversion
