**CAN Ltd** are recruiting for a **Administrator** to join the team based in **Chesterfield**. This is a full time, permanent position reporting to the Office Manager.
**Responsibilities**:
- Receptionist duties and first in line for answering a busy switchboard
- Assist all CAN Departments with any administrative duties.
- Assist the CAN Trainer, Business Systems Manager and Personnel Administrator with information received from site.
- Assisting visitors at reception - getting them to sign in (and out); providing them with beverages if required
- Responsible for answering the telephone, putting callers through and/or taking and passing on accurate messages.
- Creating/updating site boxes/files.
- Receiving information back from Renewables sites and inputting into excel spreadsheets.
- Assistance to CAN Trainer keeping track of hours of drilling, etc.
- Assisting all other CAN departments with administrative tasks.
- Creating files, including digital files.
- Archiving.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintaining stationery stock levels.
- Ordering printed stationery.
- Scanning
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Preferably experience working in administrative positions with emphasis on receiving and making telephone calls.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Preferably hold GCSE Level C or above in English and Maths.
