Culinary Specialist

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a talented Culinary Specialist to join our team at Cygnet Acer Clinic. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving nutritional meals to our patients. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding food service and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. You will work closely with our nursing team to ensure that all dietary needs are met, and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.

About the Role

This role involves working 40 hours per week across 7 days, including alternative weekends. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals, maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

We are looking for someone who is able to work under pressure, has good communication skills, and is able to plan menus within budget. A food hygiene certificate and personal hygiene standards are essential.
