About the Job:

You will be responsible for leading and developing healthcare teams, ensuring high-quality patient care, and driving quality improvement initiatives.

  • Liaise with senior management to drive quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain high-quality patient care and safety standards.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to achieve outstanding results.

Salary:

£48,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience.
