We are seeking a highly motivated Derbyshire Reablement Assistant to join our team. As a Derbyshire Reablement Assistant, you will work with clients in their own homes to regain full or partial independence.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our short-term reablement teams and work within local communities. You will be working towards a therapeutic goal-focused care plan that promotes independence and provides access to support through our new structure.
Your Responsibilities
You will work closely with other colleagues and have regular access to your Senior Derbyshire Reablement Assistant for on-the-job queries and support, and from your Derbyshire Reablement Lead for supervision, professional development, and access to training.
Requirements
- You don't need previous experience of care work or qualifications, as we offer structured training to ensure our care workers receive what they need to flourish and progress in their social care careers.
- You should have a caring personality and a desire to care for others, as well as the ambition and drive to work positively with people, promoting choice and control to encourage their independence in personal care, mobility, medication, making meals, while working to their goal-focused personal service plan.
