This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Manager (RN) to join our client's nursing home in Chesterfield. As a key member of the senior management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional resident care.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Home Manager to deliver strategic objectives and maintain high standards of care.
  • Lead by example, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Develop and implement effective systems to monitor and improve care quality.
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
