About the Job:

You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and driving quality improvement initiatives as a Registered Nurse (RN) with extensive clinical and leadership experience.

  • Liaise with senior management to drive quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain high-quality patient care and safety standards.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to achieve outstanding results.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate healthcare teams to deliver excellent patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

  • Extensive clinical and leadership experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary:

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
