About the RoleAs a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth across our battery electric vehicle and EVTOL portfolios. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage and maintain sales pipelines and provide accurate sales forecasts
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional sales skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 GBP, plus a flat 20% commission (OTE £120,000 - £150,000). You'll also have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and thriving business, with a great culture and a chance to travel across Europe and North America.
