About the Opportunity: Strategic Business Development Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to join our team and drive business growth in the construction sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to capture new business opportunities
- Buidling and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sales decisions
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £48,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus a performance-based bonus structure, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing organization.
