We are excited to welcome a talented and driven individual to our team as a New Business Development Executive. In this challenging and rewarding field-based role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities from scratch, utilizing your exceptional networking skills to identify and pursue potential clients, and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
Your hard work will be recognized with an attractive compensation package, featuring an uncapped commission scheme, offering realistic Year 1 earnings of at least £100,000 (Basic salary £30,000 + £30,000 Top up + Commission) along with a fantastic benefits package including a company car (electric vehicle) or £5,000 car allowance.
As a Field based Business Development Manager, you will be prospecting right through to closing sales opportunities, selling Peninsulas consultancy services and helping SMEs discover an easier and safer way to manage their staff.
You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional HR solutions to small businesses across the UK and globally.
