Job Title: Business Development Director

Semperian Infrastructure Group is expanding its operations and is seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead our business development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business development, with a strong understanding of the construction industry. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute business plans, and will be responsible for maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

This is a permanent contract position, working from home with regular site visits. The local satellite office is based in central Bristol, where you will meet with your team and collaborate on projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop business plans to capitalize on these opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Benefits:
  • Potential salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience
