Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading provider of defence solutions, using your expertise to deliver exceptional results and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders. As a Business Relationship Director, you will be responsible for managing key stakeholder relationships, stimulating, surfacing, and shaping demand aligning IT initiatives with business objectives and collaborating with project delivery to ensure successful project execution.
About the RoleYou will be working closely with senior stakeholders, both internal and external, to understand their goals, vision, and principles of business and markets of the relevant business sector. You will also be responsible for prioritising IT projects and initiatives through a deep understanding of the business priorities, value, and impact.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a Business Relationship Director for particular business areas, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders both internal and external, driving business growth and success.
- Understand the goals, vision, principles of business and markets of the relevant business sector, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the organisation's business environment, organisational relationships, business processes, and reporting.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships, stimulating, surfacing, and shaping demand aligning IT initiatives with business objectives and collaborating with project delivery to ensure successful project execution.
- Prioritise IT projects and initiatives through a deep understanding of the business priorities, value, and impact.
- Identify opportunities for leveraging new technologies to drive business value and efficiency.
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide a range of benefits, including a generous holiday allowance, matched contribution pension scheme, access to a Digital GP, and employee share scheme.
