Shiptheory seeks an experienced Business Development Director to drive sales growth and lead our sales team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing sales teams.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to accelerate business growth, nurture and mentor our sales team, and foster strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities include developing lead generation strategies, collaborating with technical teams to deliver complex solutions, and negotiating contracts with B2B clients.

What we look for in a candidate:

  • 8-10 years of successful B2B sales experience
  • Demonstrable history of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams
  • Skilled at collaboration with technical teams to deliver complex solutions
  • Passion for training and developing sales staff
  • An entrepreneurial mindset focused on growth and success

Salary: £70,000 + competitive commission based on performance and deal closures. Negotiable for the right candidate.
