About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Business Development Director to lead our team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B environment and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  2. Lead a high-performing team to deliver excellent customer service and support.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  4. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  5. Ensure compliance with business standards, processes, and financial guidelines.

What We Offer

At TPS, we offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide a range of benefits, including a bonus scheme, pension scheme, and comprehensive training programme.

Requirements

  1. Proven track record of achievement in a sales or business development role.
  2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
  3. Ability to analyse data and inform business decisions.
  4. Experience working in a B2B environment.
  5. Degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, sales).
