Business Development Executive

The logistics and supply chain management sector plays a crucial role in the shipping and transportation of goods. Our client acts as intermediaries between various parties, coordinating freight movement efficiently while ensuring compliance with regulations. They help streamline operations, reduce delays, and optimise costs for businesses that rely on timely delivery.
We are seeking a New Business Sales Executive to join our team based in Bristol, but working from home part-time. The ideal candidate has gained business-to-business (new business) selling experience, preferably with services rather than goods. Key responsibilities include data entry in our CRM tool, supporting new account transitions, attending training sessions, and participating in local trade groups under the District Sales Manager's direction.
The successful candidate will be able to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with clients. Regular data entry on a laptop computer is a requirement, along with strong rapport-building skills. The compensation package includes £36,000 + OTE (£12,000 guaranteed commission for the first 12 months) + £5,400 car allowance, 23 days holiday, PHI, Pension, opportunity to buy shares, and 26 work-from-home days per year.
Bristol-based with regular travel to clients and home working. Must be able to travel to Bristol each week. Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
